Where is your information held?

Data Storage

Clear details, not vague assurances: below, each data flow shows where information goes, who may have access and which suppliers the public website uses.

On this page 1. Website architecture 2. Contact form 3. Storage overview 4. Client files 5. Suppliers 6. Security and requests
No form database

Ancologi hosts the website. Google Analytics is the only analytics tool and is loaded only after consent. The web server processes a contact request solely to send it to the business mailbox.

01

How is the current website set up?

HTML, CSS, fonts, icons and the general JavaScript libraries are loaded as local files from the same website domain. A local PHP route is used solely to send the contact form. Ancologi (ancologi.com) provides the hosting. The Google Analytics tag is loaded externally only after consent.

Your browserStores your privacy choice

For availability, security and error analysis, Ancologi may process temporary server logs containing, for example, an IP address, timestamp, URL and browser information. If you consent to Analytics, Google also processes measurement data about use of the website. Without consent, no Google script is loaded.

02

What happens to the contact form?

After validation, your browser securely sends the completed fields to the form route on the same website domain. The web server uses the data solely to create an email to hallo@ledago.nl. There is no separate form database.

Once the mail function accepts the message, the website displays a sending confirmation. Leda Go's business mailbox provider processes and stores the message in accordance with its own security arrangements and Leda Go's privacy policy.

Bookkeeping and client files

After entering into a service agreement, Leda Go may receive and process administrative documents. This does not take place through the public website form. The method of delivery, access, responsibilities, backups and file transfer should be set out in the engagement and data-processing arrangements.

The Dutch Tax and Customs Administration states that core tax records must generally be retained for seven years and that records concerning immovable property are retained for ten years in certain circumstances. Data held by an external administration firm or cloud solution may also be subject to that duty. See the official retention periods in Dutch .

05

Supplier register

Hosting and analytics have been confirmed for the public website. The specific email, bookkeeping and document providers must be recorded in the internal processor register once operational choices have been made.

06

Security, deletion and questions

Access to business data should be restricted to the people and suppliers who need it. Appropriate measures include strong authentication, up-to-date software, secure transfer, backups, logging and periodic review of access rights.
